Welcome to Christina's Art
Welcome to my Art website. I studied Art after receiving a
scholarship from an art teacher in Kansas. He believed I had
that something that should be refined. I owe a lot to that
instructor and more because I never told him thanks. He died
at an early age but I think he knows all his students admired
him.
I love to paint nature and but recently have added figures to
my paintings. It has been a journey because all my subjects
look like me or my mother.

Cultural Collection
As a Latina, I love to paint and draw cultural depictions of my
heritage. I love to draw my mother as she makes tortillas,
watches her novellas or as she sits and observes her world. I
observe her.
